This site is designed to provide employers with all the information they
need to assess candidates, while protecting the privacy and security of
job seekers' personal information. Users can even choose the level of
confidentiality that best suits them.
Use the following options to select the level of privacy that is right
for you:
- Active Resume - The most popular resume on the site is the
active/non confidential resume. This resume allows client
recruiters and employers to view your contact information, as well as
your skills, and employment and education histories.
- Confidential Resume - You also have the option of posting an
active confidential resume, where all of your contact information
and even your current place of employment can remain hidden. The initial
contacts between employer and job seeker are filtered.
- Inactive Resume - You can also post your resume as
inactive which means that it is stored in our database, but
cannot be viewed by employers. These resumes can be used to apply online
for positions that are posted on the site. The disadvantage to the
inactive resume is that it doesn't allow you to tap into the hidden
market, the many positions that are filled by employers and recruiters
browsing resumes, without ever being advertised.
You can change the status of your resume at any time. For more
information, you can read our complete Privacy Commitment or
